Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same as the name on your Airbnb account. To ensure a smooth and worry-free experience during your stay, a £39 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver is required for your reservation after booking. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible with an extra fee, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out. Please do ask us! We operate a self-check-in. Before you arrive at the apartment, you will first need to collect the keys from the store. All check-in details can be found on the guest portal. ***PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED ***We provide one complimentary cleaning for long-term stays (24 nights and above) ***Cleaning fee is £79 for additional cleaning -Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £500 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. -NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £500 fee will incur. -No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises.
