The primary bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. Closet to hang clothes and store luggage. There is a desk and chair to do office work. There is an air mattress in the closet and extra blankets. Use this air mattress as necessary and place it in the bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet to hang clothes and store luggage. The third bedroom has a queen bed, closet to hang clothes and store luggage. Modern kitchen with SS appliances and quartz countertops: utensils/pots/pans/dinnerware/glasses and coffee bar. This condo is located on the 4th floor of the building that can be accessed through the elevator available in the building or stairs. There is street parking around the block that is available with a pay machine for 2 hours maximum. Easy Access to Lakeshore Drive. The CTA Bus (151, 80, and X9) and Redline (Sheridan) stops are around the corner. Airports: O’hare International Airport is 13.9 miles (about 35 minutes drive) Midway International Airport is 18.4 miles (about 40 minutes drive) Attractions: The Wrigley Field: 0.5 miles (7 minute walk) Wrigleyville is a lively neighborhood in Chicago, located just a short walk from Montrose Beach and Wrigley Field, the home of the Chicago Cubs baseball team. The neighborhood is known for its vibrant nightlife, with a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and music venues to choose from. During the summer, it is a perfect spot for beach lovers and baseball fans, it is a popular spot for both locals and tourists. The neighborhood has a great mix of old and new, from historic Wrigley Field to trendy restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also a great spot for sports enthusiasts and for people who are looking for a fun night out. Bus stops are just outside of the building around the corner. Red line Sheridan stop is 2 minute walk. Major grocery stores, Whole Foods Market and Jewel Osco are within 5 minute drive. There is free street parking at the beginning. We want this to be a great stay for you! We have given a lot of thought to the details. There are railway tracks next to the building so the train sounds will be heard through the day and at night; however, it is less frequent at night. We have put few white noise machines to help with the train noise. We suggest carrying ear plugs if you are light sleeper.
