NO AIRBNB CHARGES!!! We pay them for you. A place like no other: Our cozy vacation homes are located in the middle of a wildlife sanctuary. Watch bears and wolves directly from your terrace, enjoy the tranquility of the forest and escape from everyday life – just 16 km from Tbilisi. Fresh mountain air, nature, pure relaxation. The space This is a typical A-frame cottage, we have ground floor (30 qm) with sitting area, little kitchen, bathroom, and spiral staircase to get to the sleeping area (8 qm) with large double bed. The sleeping space is an open mezzanine. Cottage has 10 qm terrace to sit and enjoy the sunset. There is a big green garden with fireplace to grill, and to our area belongs also forest, there are hammocks hanging for you to enjoy the coolness in the hot days. Cabin is designed for the full comfort of 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 guests. As we are located in the zoological center where state protected animals are kept, we need to see your ID before confirming the booking. Please send it to our FB page - DATVIANI. Please notice : - there are no markets, shops or spots to eat close to us. Please bring everything you need with you. - The best way to reach us is with your own/rented car. There is public transport as well as taxis, but they are irregular. Please plan your arrival/departure carefully. Fire - Smoking, candles and any activities related to the fire are not permitted in our rooms. In windy weather the fire (and BBQ) is also not allowed in the garden or in the forest. ORDER - We do our best to keep space clean for you. But we are not a hotel. Therefore we ask you to leave the rooms and the garden as you found them. (Please leave dishes washed. In wet weather please do not go into houses with dirty shoes). If something breaks, please let us know and pay for it afterwards. ANIMALS - The zoological center is a shelter for wild animals and dogs. Accordingly, animal noises are to be expected! It is not allowed to come closer than 1 meter to the enclosures. If you have a pet with you, please make sure that it does not get into the enclosure (particularly watch out for cats and dogs under 20 kg, they could fit through cage bars. Grid is electrified!). PETS - Pets are welcome, but only in the groundfloor. They are not allowed in the sleeping area (upper floor) and also not on sofas, in the bed and bed lines! PARTIES - No additional guests are allowed to enter the area! Loud activities or loud music is not allowed. Neither our animals nor other guests the house next door would like that. BBQ if you wish to BBQ at our place, please bring your own grill charcoal or grillwood with you. We are placed in the national park, so using wood from the forest is prohibited.
