Cozy 2-Bedroom Home in Ungaran - Semarang

This stylish place to stay is perfect for small group trips. Our friends and relatives like to stay in our place for transit whenever they travel by land through our town, be it for a leg stretching comfort or just have a refreshing shower after a short nap. We thought it would be nice to extend what our unit can offer to the wider airbnb community. The space Our 2-storeys home is located in a housing+commercial complex at the main road from Semarang-Yogya. Its strategic location is very easy to access with private/public vehicles. The house was built in 2017, with careful functional design, so it could cater our work from home, recreation and good rest, with sufficient lighting and ventilation. It has 3 bedrooms: the mastersuite and a queen-bed room are on the second floor, and one room on the first floor that we converted into a multipurpose set: guest praying room and a convertible sofa bed (our grown-up kids love crashing there). The living room is quite spacious, with sectional large sofa that is also very comfortable to sleep or take a nap on, large 50” smartTV (indihome, netflix). The kitchen is fully equipped with 2-hobs induction stove + hood, microwave, WMF stainless steel pots/wok, fastboiling electric kettle, blender, juicer and fridge+freezer. Feel free to use the utensils but we would appreciate if you keep them clean after use. All of our rooms (bedrooms and living room) are equipped with airconditioners, although you might rarely use it because it gets quite mild in the evening and morning time (between 20-22 Celcius). A warm shower streamed from the instant water heater in the bathroom will freshen you up. In the backyard terrace you can use the yoga mat for some exercise, whilst enjoying the green lush vertical garden cheered by our koi fishes. Guest access You can access the entire space. Other things to note Please treat my home with respect and leave it as clean as you found it.
