I’m subletting my 31m² apartment in Munich, Neuhausen. There is a big bed (140x200cm), a couch, a huge table and a washing machine in the kitchen. You can watch Netflix, Disney plus, YouTube, Amazon Prime and Apple TV on the TV. The Xbox Series X is available as well. The Kitchen is well equipped. There are knifes, forks, spoons, plates, glasses, pans and etc. It's 2.5 kilometers between my apartment and Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest). Easy reachable by bike or public transportation. The space The rent includes two bikes Guest access We meet personally at the entrance and you will get two pairs of keys. Other things to note Fast internet connection (1000 mbit and 50 mbit upload)
