Very central and strategically located space consisting of a double bedroom, relaxation area, full bathroom and delightful terrace. It does not have a full kitchen but a small fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso and breakfast items. A few steps from the Central Station, it is served by the Red Metro, trams and buses, but also a fifteen minute walk from the Duomo. Services of all kinds, restaurants, shops make this multi-ethnic area lively and dynamic, all to be explored. The space The small but delightful space is located on the first floor, in a building with a lift. You will access the living room or work/relax area with smart TV from an independent entrance. Adjacent you will find the room, with double bed, wardrobe and French window onto the terrace. The room is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is not available, but you will have a small breakfast area available, with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge. The apartment is independent, but I live nearby and you can contact me in case of any need or special request. Guest access Guests have at their disposal a space of two rooms: a large bedroom, the adjacent terrace, the small living room with work table/TV, the complete bathroom. There is no kitchen but a breakfast area with microwave, fridge, kettle, fruit and sweet and savory snacks available. Other things to note Washing machine and dryer are available in a private area, a small laundry room, which serves several accommodations.
