It's all in the details! This beautiful new construction cabin is perfect for an adventurous getaway! Not only do you have access to all that Lake Martin has to offer, but there are amazing hiking trails nearby such as Wood Duck Trail! The space The front porch invites you in while offering a place to sip coffee or cocktails of your choice. Once you are inside this breathtaking beauty, you’ll notice not one ounce of wasted space… from the dining area off of the living area to the cocktail cove that leads out to the screened porch. Three large bedrooms that feature a king, queen, bunks (twin over full), and a twin bed so Twilight can comfortably sleep 8! The fully stocked kitchen means you can whip up gourmet dinners or head out to any of the local places. A screen porch is a perfect place for naps, football games, or catching that quiet time in the morning. There’s space outside to play a game of corn hole, too. Jump on the golf cart and see all of the amenities this neighborhood offers ~ a swimming pool, and fitness room (did we mention these both overlook the lake?) There are common docks (first come, first serve), a boat ramp, and boat storage (you can store your boat trailer here as well) Twilight is located in a highly desired area of the lake. Just mins from all the “Popular” lakefront restaurants (like The Social, Kowaliga Restaurant, Chuck’s Pizza), around the corner from Russell Lands Amphitheater where you can ride the boat to see fireworks on the 4th, and just across the way from the famous Chimney Rock! **In the off-season (Oct-March) we can not guarantee the use of the boat ramp and common docks due to the lake levels being lowered.** *** This home is just a short walk down the driveway from Tiger's Den and Wine Down if you need a second/third home for family or friends. This home is a pet-friendly property with a non-refundable pet fee. Max of two pets. *HOUSE RULES* Must be 25 years and older to book. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am This is a no-smoking property The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon. All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed, beds stripped and a load of towels started in the washer before departure. Trash is located near the exit of the complex. You must fill out the arrival form and upload your Drivers licenses info in order to operate Golf Cart. A liability waiver is included toward the end of the rental agreement. Be sure to read carefully When signing the rental agreement you are also signing a liability waiver.
