Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details i.e. Make, Model, Color, License Plate and Terms of lease. 2. Guest also required to sign rental contract detailing HOA rules/regulations to adhere to during stay. 3. Electric bill is capped at $125.  Guest will be responsible for overage prorated for days used during the billing period. 4. Accidental rental insurance is included within the cleaning fee 5. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee directly across the street from the complex. 6. This unit is pet friendly. HOA rules 20 pound limits.
