Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details, i.e., Make, Model, Color, License Plate, and Terms of Lease. 2. Guests are also required to sign the rental contract detailing the HOA rules and regulations that must be adhered to during their stay. 3. The electric bill is capped at $125 monthly. Guests will be responsible for any overage, prorated for the days used during the billing period. 4. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee directly across the street from the complex. 5. This unit is NOT pet-friendly per the owner's preference. 6. Accidental damage insurance is included in the cleaning fee.
