The Hidden Gem in Asheville, NC.

The Hidden Gem is a centrally located guest suite nestled into a quiet neighborhood w/private entrance. We are less than two miles from downtown Asheville, a half mile to the French Broad River, and walking distance to a park with miles of hiking trails, a mountain bike skills trail! We are also less than one mile from breweries, music venues, restaurants, and more! We have slowly recovered from Hurricane Helene, there are trees down on our property, but the Hidden Gem sustained no damages. The space Great modern home with wooden floors and a modern floorplan. The space includes a large living room w/TV, comfortable leather couch, high top table and bar stools. Full bathroom w/tub and shower. We provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, organic cotton towels, organic cotton balls and Q-tips, hair dryer, etc. The bedroom is a small space laid out for tranquility and good rest. Outfitted with a queen bed, bookshelf, and mood lighting for relaxation at the end of a long day. The kitchenette provides a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, microwave, mini fridge w/freezer space, and a blender. The sink is located in the bathroom just a few feet from the kitchenette. We provide disposable plates and bowls, silverware, and simple essentials such as a can and bottle opener, cutting board, etc. Included is local coffee, tea, and sugar so you can feel energized! The closet space contains a dresser, shelving, and hanging rack-- clothing steamer included. Lastly, you can enjoy the large side porch, which is also the private entrance. Guest access This is a private, apartment-style space. You will have your own designated parking space in the driveway. Please note that once you have parked you will walk down 3 stone steps and continue approximately 75 feet along a well-lit river pebble path. Then you will walk up 6 stairs onto the side porch entrance. We want to make sure to outline these access instructions for those who may not be physically able to do it.
