Vila Aguarelas with pool by Stay Madeira Island

A unique stay in an elegant and exquisite, modern and comfortable accommodation, designed in detail for you! Vila Aguarelas has 3 en-suites, each with a double bed and a private bathroom. In an open space, there is a living room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. You can also dive into the incredible pool [with the possibility of heating on request; extra cost €35 per night, minimum stay (please inform at the time of booking or up to 1 week before arrival)]. The space It has a dedicated workspace with 150Mb broadband, Gigabit LAN, monitor and printing/scanning facilities. Other things to note • In order to keep our pool clean and compliant, our team visits the accommodation every Friday. • Please be advised that we will request the submission of guests' personal data (name, date of birth, citizen card/passport number, nationality and country of residence). This submission is mandatory to communicate to AIMA (formerly SEF – Foreigners and Borders Service), under Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the recent Local Accommodation law in Portugal. • Some essentials are available upon arrival (e.g. toilet paper, laundry/dishwashing detergent capsules (or similar), napkins, etc.), but guests are responsible for replenishing them. • In order to comply with local regulations, we are applying the newly implemented Tourist Tax (Municipality of Claheta - Notice No. 6549/2024/2). As of October/2024, Local Accommodations in the municipality of Calheta will apply the fee of €2 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights (children up to 12 years old are exempt). For reservations made prior to implementation and already confirmed, payment of this fee must be made during the stay, and can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
