Welcome to 'A Wave from it all'! This beach house has been fully remodeled with all the upgrades and high-end furniture throughout the home. There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with space for 10 guests, it is the perfect option for a multifamily trip and furry friends! The first floor has a large living room and kitchen with an open design providing plenty of room for the whole family and a huge flat screen smart TV for entertainment. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, with a king bed in the first room and a queen bed in the 2nd room, both bedrooms have TV's. There is a full-sized bathroom on the first floor, as well as a half bathroom. The washer and dryer are also located on the first floor, with direct access to the backyard. The second floor has two more bedrooms that each have 2nd floor decks, one provides views of the beach. There are two queen beds in the front 2nd floor bedroom and one queen bed in the back bedroom that also has a full sized bathroom. You are close enough to the beach to hear the waves and enjoy a beautiful sunset. It's a short one block walk to the beach. 'A Wave from it all' offers incredible amenities, so there is no shortage of fun when visiting. A large private fenced in backyard, covered carport, games for the family, and a private grill are all available for guests to use. There is also a stretch of semi-private beach that is only moments away, ensuring you can spend as much time as you please soaking up the Florida sun! Rental Rules & Info - Must be 25 years or older to book - STRICT PET POLICY: Pet fee is $275.00, plus tax, and non-refundable. No more than two dogs per stay. Dog(s) may not be left unattended in the yard for any reason. Must be crate trained and placed in crate when pet owner is away from Unit. ALL FECES must be picked up immediately. Anyone that does not comply with these rules may be asked to leave, without refund. Any damages to the unit caused by pet are not covered and are expected to be covered by the pet owner. Don't forget to bring - While Shoreline provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
