The fully fenced yard backs onto a paddock with friendly alpacas, sheep & chickens – guests can feed them (feed provided). Additional firewood can be purchased locally from the United fuel station in Mt Barker. Mt Barker is a small rural town with limited shopping hours. If you are arriving from Perth, and your expected arrival is after 4pm, Kojonup will be the last place to purchase supplies from, there is a large IGA on the main road.
