The space This villa is arguably the best example of Indo-Portuguese architecture in South Goa. We took a magical but crumbling ruin with traditional mud floors and walls, no plumbing or electricity, and sadly collapsing roofs and over two years, transformed it into this incredibly unique, luxurious accommodation option. Stone floors, high ceilings, stylish bedrooms and bathrooms, and antique furniture, chandeliers & artwork give this property an unrivaled elegance. The house is located in a quiet village just 300 metres from its 6 bedroom sister property Lua Cheia, and with extensive landscaped gardens full of birds and butterflies, you will truly feel you have escaped into a tropical paradise. Relax in our private pool, nap on a sun lounger, practice yoga or indulge in a massage in our beautiful Shala, and enjoy some delicious home-cooked Goan cuisine. We are here to pamper you. Guests will enjoy spacious bedrooms, all with AC and en suite bathrooms, timeless interiors, large communal areas like the salon and large courtyards, a private pool, private yoga shala and extensive tropical gardens. Housekeeping and laundry service are all included. Our elaborate breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are available at an additional cost. **Please note: Groups of up to 10 people can be accommodated in Lua Velha (2 people in each of the 4 rooms and 2 extra beds). We also have the option of hosting larger groups in combination with the 2 bedroom gatehouse that is nestled in the gardens of the same compound and in properties that are within walking distance.
