Private, Riverfront Retreat, with Huge Pool

Welcome to Bali Hai! Enjoy the seclusive getaway with 5.3 acres on the Corrotoman River. Featuring botanical flower gardens along with a Koi Pond complex with 7 waterfalls. Enjoy the relaxing river views and swimming in the pool as you sip on a beverage of your choice. Sonos speakers inside and out for your enjoyment. Primary bedroom with King bed, large primary bathroom with heated floors, steam shower, and jetted tub. 15 minutes from Kilmarnock, shops, restaurants, etc.. Enjoy and relax The space The whole house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It is set up as follows. In the main house you’ll have a primary bedroom there is a king bed. It also includes a large bathroom with multi jet / steam shower and a jetted tub. The 2nd bedroom also has a king sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds which both have a double mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. There is a full hall bathroom for these 2 bedrooms to share. The pool house has a living room with a double pull out couch, a full bathroom and a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed. We have a large heated pool which is expensive to heat therefore if you would like to have it heated we do charge an extra $65 per day if you would like to have it turned on. Guest access You are free to use the whole house except for the primary walk-in closet and one of the closets in the main hall which we keep locked. We have also locked all the cabinets in the bathroom that are closed off to renters Other things to note ‼️Heating the pool is available for an additional $65/per day ‼️DO NOT CUT ON THE BASEBOARD HEAT IN THE MAIN HOUSE! IT IS ONLY MEANT TO BE USED IN THE POOL HOUSE IN THE WINTER AS THAT IS THE ONLY SOURCE OF HEAT. In the main house these are only meant for emergency backup only and is very expensive to run. Failure to comply will result in an extra $20/day for as long as it was left on. ‼️the pool is very large and therefore we have to charge $65 extra per day.
