Be mindful of electricity and water usage to conserve resources. Dispose of trash properly in designated areas.Always ask for permission to use items that are not included in the rental. Guests are requested to switch off lights and fans and lock their rooms when going out. Delivery boys are not allowed inside the premises after 10 PM; parcels should be collected near the entry gate. Any damage or loss to the guest house will incur a fine to be paid by the guest. Any damage caused by the pets is the responsibility of the guest. Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited on the property. Guest parking is only permitted in the guest house parking lot. Photo identification must be presented at check-in for all guests aged 16 and above. Before check-out, please call the caretaker to inspect the room. Before check-out, please hand over the keys to the caretaker.Check-in time is 12 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.  Note: Any fines imposed by the society for violating the rules during the stay should be paid by the guest.
