The fully equipped kitchen allows for the convenience and the comforts of home. Beautiful views of East Fork Pike Run river across the road. Most amenities of Hocking Hills within 20 minutes with Tar Hollow State Park only 4 miles away! The space The entire cabin & green space in backyard. Green space field in front of cabin (front yard shared with other cabin) Minimum 3-night stay over holidays (New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) Other things to note No moving of furniture or decor inside or outside of the cabin. Do NOT disconnect or alter any electronic items. The welcome book will provide detailed electronic operating instructions and WIFI password with login. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or theft as a result of your stay. You must be 21 years or older to rent this cabin. Absolutely no smoking, medical marijuana or vaping inside the home. NO visitors allowed. Only registered and paid guests are permitted to stay, strictly due to safety code. To violate this policy add/or exceed this limitation you will be charged an additional service fee and may result in the termination of the rental agreement. NO PETS OF ANY KIND. SIGNS OF PET IN THE HOME WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM FEE OF 350.00 DOLLARS PLUS CHARGES FOR DAMAGES. OUR PROPERTIES DO NOT PERMIT PETS. PLEASE DO NOT BRING PETS OR APPROACH ANY ANIMALS ON THE PROPERTY. Wildlife: We do have the cabin professionally cleaned and exterminated, but nothing is bug proof. Please remember you are surrounded by nature and chances are you will encounter insects and spiders. You may also encounter other woodland creatures such as deer, wild turkey, raccoons, squirrels, wild cats and maybe even a coyote. Please do not approach or feed wildlife. Do not leave food out at night and make sure trash is picked up. Cell service at the Cabin: You may or may not have cell service at the cabin due to the area surrounded by hills and is heavily wooded. Additionally, WIFI may also be limited. IMPORTANT TIP: Before you leave for your trip, screenshot or print out directions to the cabin, the WIFI login and password, front door code. THINGS TO BRING: * Local Firewood & matches (to light fire) Note: there are freshly cut logs on the property that are too wet for use. Avoid frustration and please do not use.
