An extra large Executive Studio which opens up wide to the outside with breath taking views. It's a great local holiday getaway sitting on one acre land deep in the valley surrounded by mountains. This home is very unique and feels like you are in a resort and yet you are just 18 kms from city center. We have high speed broadband unlimited wifi which has a good solar back up, you will never be offline. The space An Executive extra large studio wing which has it's own entrance and balcony with breathtaking views overlooking the mountains and large play ground with multiple braai areas, picnic areas and a playground with swings and see -saw. It has an ensuite and a well equipped open plan kitchen with a nook. The Tv is a smart Tv with, Netflix, Showmax for football lovers and more, YouTube and Prime TV. We have high speed broadband Wifi with a solid power back up and a good solar back up for charging electronics,lights WiFi and gyser. We also have a small gas stove for back up as well. It's great for those working from home. Long stay guests can enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood. The environment is peaceful and tranquil and yet just a few minutes from town. Guest access 1.5 kms to the Shawasha Hills Shopping mall 1.5 kms to public transport 3kms to Mother Care Shoping Center 10 kms to Chisipiti shoping center 13 kms to Borrowdale Sam Levy 18 kms to the City Center 20 mins drive into town 30 mins drive to the airport ****NB* The driveway terrain is very steep and most suitable for cars with a good drive to climb back up the hill. Even a Honda Fit will do as long as it's in very good working condition to climb back up. Other things to note 🚿🚿🚿💧💧💦💦☁️ (Kindly note that the Water Table is running very low due to water syphoning and low Rain, we are kindly asking you to apply the *" *5 minute"* Shower Rule and not to run the water while doing dishes but use the stoper or dish) ZESA/Power Cuts🔌🔌🔌🔌 The country is experiencing Intense Load shedding, we kindly ask you to bear with us as we might face challenges even with a strong solar back up.
