Serene Apartment conveniently located

Enjoy the simplicity of the outdoors at this peaceful and conveniently located apartment. Out of town but 1 mile to the city center. Enjoy dining in or try out one of our great restaurants in town. Bring your camp wood to enjoy the evening around the fire pit or get some exercise in the detached gym. If you prefer, cuddle inside to view YouTube TV which is available on 2 TVs. Our goal is to make your time comfortable! The space The apartment is located in a triplex that is situated on my 60 acre property where I live. It’s on a private drive very close to the adjoining highway. It’s located only 1.5 miles from town. So, you get the enjoyment of being out of town but quickly can be in town for any activities. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed. There is a laundry room and closet off the bedroom. The bathroom is tiled and spacious with a large shower, no tub. The second and third beds are in the living room as there is a daybed with a trundle (each twins size.). Guest access Unit B of the triplex consists of the entire indoor apartment and the outdoor furniture on the front porch is there for guests to enjoy. There is a blackstone flat griddle for your use; you will need to furnish your own camp size propane bottle. There is an outdoor fire pit as well. Other things to note **Please note that pet fee is $35 per animal, per week stay, two pet maximum. Please inquire about fee, if you have questions. Also, dogs must be kept on a leash outside at all times. Poo must be picked up with a baggie and placed in the trash bin outside the unit. Please provide your own baggies. Dogs must be kept in a crate if left unattended in the unit. Crate is provided as well as a padded bed. Dogs must be outdoor trained. No puppy pads allowed indoors for dogs to soil. Cats must use a litter box which tenant must provide. Cleaning fees may be impacted due to animal soil. If you chose to let your animals sleep with you on the white linens, please note that there can be extra cleaning fees. It may be a good idea to bring a sleeping blanket for your pet if you are concerned about them getting excessive hair or dirt and mud on the linens. If you need to clean up after your pet, there are cleaning rags/towels in the laundry on the shelf. If you don’t see any, ask for them. Cleaning fees are firm. Short lengths of stay do not decrease the fee. This is due to my commitment to provide a very clean space for each guest. My cleaning procedure will not change if you have a short length of stay. I will clean all areas again even if a guest is only in the apartment a short period of time. It’s the only way I can ensure the next guest will not have an unexpected or unpleasant experience. We reserve the right to charge an extra $25 cleaning fee for long term stays that are in length of 8 nights or longer. This is an extra charged fee of $25. This charge will come after check-out through Airbnb via email. The washer and dryer is provided but there is not detergent provided. Please bring your own, otherwise 8 oz detergent or softener can be available for purchase $2.50 each. The Blackstone is for guest use. After use, it needs to be cleaned immediately. It is a community shared amenity, please be courteous to other guest by leaving clean. The blackstone is set up to use 1 lb propane cylinders. These are not provided but are available for purchase for $8.50 each. Feel free to bring your own. The outdoor fire pit is available year round but you must follow local burn notices. Also, bring your own campfire wood, if you use any limbs from the surrounding woods please do not leave them in the yard. There will be a fee to remove these because the lawn crew cannot mow over them. Thank you for understanding. Jo
