The Alfeo Apartment measures about 45 square meters and consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a small independent kitchen, a large double bedroom with a panoramic terrace and a private bathroom (possibility of adding a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room). From the master bedroom you can enjoy a breathtaking view. The space La Petronilla was born from the idea of Francesco who, together with his father Dino and his mother Elda, decided to renovate the old childhood home of his grandmother, Petronilla Federici. The love for this place has allowed us to devote the utmost care to every little detail, bringing the building back to the glories of the distant past. It is said that La Petronilla had been the residence of Counts, Marquises and Bishops, as evidenced by the hand-painted ceilings, the papal effigy that recalls three different families and the presence of a holy water font. Exposed wooden beams, period furniture in arte povera and original wrought iron beds, expertly restored by Dino's hands, contribute to recreating the structural harmony of the building. La Petronilla is part of the ancient walls of the small medieval village of Montepetriolo, and from its rooms you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Umbrian Valley and every awakening will be accompanied by the sounds of the unspoiled nature that surrounds it. Only a few minutes away from the historical and cultural cities of Umbria, this place, immersed in a corner of greenery, will allow you to rediscover the delicacy of silence and the warmth of the family environment. Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. The entrance and stairs of the building are shared with the other two apartments in the building. You may meet other guests, but these are the only shared areas. Other things to note Other things to note There is no private parking outside the property. There is a small parking lot for loading and unloading in front of the property. After unloading, you can park your car in the public parking lot 100 meters from the property.
