It’s within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, groceries, coffee shops, and more. It’s perfect for a short staycation with family and friends or even a long-term stay. 🚨 Note: The building has occasional elevator maintenance, and some elevators may be unavailable at times. Expect possible delays, especially during peak hours. Please plan accordingly. The space A simple and comfortable studio unit with internet access and basic needs. This condo studio unit is in Victoria De Morato Condominiums at Tomas Morato, South Triangle, Quezon City. The unit can accommodate up to 4 people; inquire if there are more. This unit was occupied mainly by long-term renters in the past. Guest access Guests will have access to a swimming pool, gym, playground for kids, and elevator. Other things to note 🚨 Note: The building has occasional elevator maintenance, and some elevators may be unavailable at times. Expect possible delays, especially during peak hours. Please plan accordingly. -Near a paid parking lot, about a 2-minute walk. There is NO available parking inside the condo. -Pool and gym are free. Both are open from 8 am - 5 pm. -Pets are allowed. -Early check-in and late check-out are subject to approval. We may have guests before or after you, and we need enough time between each guest to prepare and clean the room. It's also subject to an early check-in and late check-out fee.
