The apartment "MaMAn" is nestled in the Roero hills, precisely in Montà D’Alba, where peace and tranquility reign supreme. A few km from the city of Alba - home of food and wine, culture, Nutella and Barolo - the apartment is immersed in the typical landscape that characterizes the Piedmontese hills of Unesco, which offer breathtaking views of vineyards and hazelnuts. MaMan is an experience to live, to better taste what is the territory of Piedmont. The space MaMAn is a newly built apartment spread over two levels. It features a very bright open-plan space with an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, espresso machine with pods, and microwave, and a dining room with exposed ceiling beams. On the same floor, there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. Each area has French doors leading to a private balcony. Upstairs, there is a living room with a balcony and a Smart TV with streaming services, a bedroom with a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heat pump. During the winter, underfloor heating is in use. Parking is available at the church square, free of charge. Just a few minutes away is Alba, the capital of food and wine, famous for its white truffles and fine wines, and home to Ferrero (Nutella). A lively city, full of restaurants, wine bars, and culture.
