N.B.: In July and August, it is preferably rented by the week; otherwise, it can be considered. Quiet and comfortable apartment in a central location in the town area. Large bathroom, air conditioning in the bedroom; 5 beds arranged as a double bed, a double sofa bed, and a single bed. Cleaning is included in the booking price. Bed linen, on the other hand, is NOT INCLUDED (see the specific link "House Rules"). Trash is to be disposed of in the bins next to the church, preferably sorted. New and very well-equipped kitchen with various small appliances, microwave, and oven; the dishwasher is for personal use only. The stove is powered by a gas cylinder, as is the case throughout the island. For your safety, please turn off the gas immediately after each use. Small bedroom with a built-in closet and a single bed, connected to the kitchen and the second bedroom. Double room with TV, air conditioner, queen-size bed, and guest dresser (the closet is for personal use and is locked); the furniture is a bit old. Large bathroom with washing machine, water heater, hairdryer, bidet and shower stall (recently replaced, but already broken by previous guests); the cabinet is not brand new, but still usable. To keep warm in winter, there is a heat pump in the room and various portable heaters and radiators around the house. Everything can be verified by the photos in the listing. Guest access You can use all the rooms and everything in the house, except for the dishwasher, which is for personal use only, and a couple of locked cabinets containing personal items. Other things to note 1) On the white parts of the floor, which are made of linoleum, there are stains that no longer come off!
