To guarantee absolute sanitation, the water is completely dumped, sanitized, and refilled fresh for every single guest. Due to the high cost of utility heating during the cooler months, a flat fee of $200 is charged for hot tub use between October 1st and April 1st. While many properties charge a nightly rate (often $75/night), our flat fee offers excellent value, especially for longer stays.
