The space This beautiful home is surrounded by a panoramic view of the Wasatch Mountains with a gorgeous view of the city lights which you can enjoy from the large deck with open seating or the soothing hot tub below. You will also enjoy these peaceful and breathtaking views from the spacious living room, kitchen and three beautiful bedrooms. The kitchen was designed for cooking and as a family gathering place featuring a huge marbled island and bar stool seating. In this kitchen you will find a microwave drawer, double ovens, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, large side by side fridge and freezer with endless cabinet space. The kitchen comes fully loaded with all the dishes, pots and pans, crock pot, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and many other cooking appliances and utensils; all you need for cooking. The home is equipped with handy items for children of various ages including a 3 in 1 high chair, play pen, baby utensils, stepping stool etc. The dining area has a large dining table with 8 chairs with space for meals and playing games. Nearby is a large and spacious pantry with extra storage space and appliances such as a crockpot, hot chocolate maker, rice maker, bread maker, instapot, waffle maker, George Forman grill, toaster, coffee maker etc. Across the way is a beautiful half bath with black hexagon flooring. The living room features a large comfy sectional, blankets, pillows, 65 inch tv with Apple TV, tall white brick farmhouse gas fireplace to keep you cozy in the winter, and a large cabinet filled with cards and board games for your entertainment. Near the entryway is an quiet office space with a cozy chair, wide office desk and a modern wall paintings for your Zoom meeting backdrop. Enjoy a relaxing Master Suite with a bathroom, shower with two shower heads, tub, make up table and cabinet space, a spacious walk in closet with a washer and dryer. Next, a charming bunk bed room with a twin, full, and twin trundle, a large closet of extra blankets and children books. Our third bedroom includes a queen sized pillow top bed with a walk in closet, make up desk and mirror. The full guest bathroom includes a white subway tile bathtub and shower with a cabinet space under the sink and extra bathroom storage space across the hallway. The basement includes a gym area, ping pong table and extra couch with a large tv which can accommodate any HDMI based electronic. Right outside the sliding glass door from the basement is the hot tub with a perfect view of the city and mountains. Guest access Your booking is for the entire home. Accessible areas will be the front door, garage, garage door, back sliding door.
