This unique studio apartment has a style all its own. Just steps over the dune to the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Grocery and restaurants within walking distance. A short drive over the Intracoastal to Historic St. Augustine, and a plethora of activities for young and old (forts, ghost tours, chocolate factory, etc.) Going north is Guana State Park, known for kayaking, especially moonlight tours where you might be fortunate enough to experience the phosphorescence. We live about 30 miles away but are available by phone and text. Small, beachy community just across the bridge from historic St. Augustine. The houses shown in the photo are on a very picturesque section of the beach, often used by photographers for weddings, engagement photos, family photos, etc.; it is close to the inlet where the ocean meets the Intracoastal Waterway. This is one of the last sections of the beach to allow limited driving. The apartment is on the ground floor of a home but is totally independent. A few steps down the driveway and over the dune and you are on the beach. Feel free to bring bicycles and sea kayaks; this is a perfect place for both! Within walking distance, you will find a grocery store, Publix, and places to eat. Driving takes you to tourist attractions, casual and 'fancy' dining, kayak tours, and World Golf Village; much too much to list.
