Freshly remodeled 2000 s.f. guest quarters with separate entrance on a private horse farm. You will have an entire lower level of the house to yourself. Owners live upstairs. You will feel far away from it all, yet only 15 minutes drive from Lake Lure, and 9 miles from the TIEC. Relax outside by the fire, or take a walk in the woods along a stream. During your stay you may see deer and wild turkey, as well as our resident chickens, guinneas, sheep, and friendly horses. The space The house is split into two levels. You are renting the entire lower level with its separate entrance and separate porch. You will enjoy your own private parking and a view of a large yard and garden. Guest access You will enjoy the entire guest floor of the house with its private entrance and parking. You will share the 1-acre fenced backyard with our friendly chickens and curious quinneas. Also enjoy our walking trail along a stream in the back woods. Other things to note This is a private horse farm. The horses are not available for unsupervised interaction for our guests due to safety. Please check with us if you want to meet the horses. You can also stay here with your horse.
