Our house is located in the heart of La Bouexière. On the street side, you will have direct access to all the amenities of this very dynamic village. On the courtyard side, you will enjoy a quiet and sunny space. La Bouexiere is 20 minutes from the gates of Rennes, equally close to charming medieval villages (Vitré, Chateaubourg, Chateaugiron 20 minutes), 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel as well as Saint-Malo, or the first Normandy beaches. The space Access to the house is on one level, from the street. - On the ground floor: main room with living room and equipped kitchen. Toilets. - Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 single), shower room. Small terrace in the back, south facing. The house is adjoining that of the owners; in the back, they are connected by the garden of the latter. However, the terrace is very quiet and out of sight. Other things to note The village of Bouexière has all services and amenities. Bakery in front of the house, restaurant just a little further. Wine shop, greengrocer, banks, pharmacy, doctors, supermarket... tennis courts, basketball courts, bowling alley and skate park are free.
