It is a spacious 4 bedroom home with a loft, backyard and outdoor patio perfect for families or entertaining. The space Casa Malca is a large and spacious newly built designer home. Every detail has been carefully thought out for your stay. All you need to do is show up, relax and enjoy all Vegas has to offer. Inside - 4 bedroom home, 1 master bedroom with a King bed and 3 guest bedrooms with Queen beds. - High ceilings w/ natural lighting - Beautiful kitchen w/ an island & new appliances. - Open concept living/dining/kitchen area. - Spacious entertainers loft w/ a collection of board games - Laundry room with washer & dryer. - High Speed Wifi - 2 car garage - AC/Heat Outside - Outdoor seating and dining. - Gas grill (You must provide your own propane, and clean grill if you are using it. Sometimes there could be leftover gas from a previous guest. The nearest grocery store is less than 5 mins away.) - Spacious backyard. We love fur babies, but Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this location because half of the home has carpet. But there are many local pet hotels in the area if your fur baby needs a place to stay.
