Located in the heart of nature but easy to access, 2 km from the greenway and 3 km from the city center. Peace and serenity of this bucolic site will allow you to recharge your batteries, visit Mortagne au Perche and its surroundings, or for a simple and convenient stop. Good restaurants 5 minutes away. Bed linen and bath towels provided, dish towels The space The room is in a Percheron farmhouse on an old farm, at the end of a path, 500 m from the D938. Your rooms (bedroom, full kitchenette, bathroom and toilet) are served by a closed corridor, which we avoid during your presence. 2 armchairs, 1 desk and 1 TV in the bedroom. You will have access to your bedroom (17 m²), your bathroom and your toilet, as well as a kitchenette, all arranged along a corridor that is reserved for you during your stay. Your room and ours are each at one end of the longhouse. You'll be quiet. You will have access to the spacious exteriors. Ability to shelter your vehicle for free (courtyard, barn or garage). Everything is step-free (inside and out). During your stay We are present in the other half of the farmhouse during your stay, but you will be autonomous and independent in your part. Only the laundry area can be shared with us for stays of a week, but we will then be as discreet as possible and will notify you. Depending on your wishes, we can either leave you completely alone or talk to you at certain times. Other things to note You can park your vehicle in the barn or garage. Garden furniture available, which you can move (table, armchairs, hammock, lounge chairs). There are quiet corners where you can be alone if needed. Parties and meetings are not allowed, unless requested in advance and authorization, as appropriate. Pets not allowed. Other amenities on request: electric or charcoal BBQ, plancha, raclette or fondue machine, etc. As farmers, we grow cereals and Miscanthus, and we raise beef cattle (including oxen on site).
