Charming Southampton Villa-ge Minutes to the Beach

Located in the heart of the village, walking distance from the train station, shops & beaches, be ready for a truly relaxing city getaway. Our beautiful 2 story villa has 4 generous bedrooms (2 King, 2 Queen), 3 baths, 2 formal living rooms, dining room with wet bar & full country kitchen. We kept the old charm with our wrap-around porch but renovated to a modern interior with central A/C, marble baths & new appliances. Early check-in at 1pm is offered for $250 (expedited cleaning service). The space Generously renovated 2 story home with spacious bedrooms and really comfortable beds. We focused on creating the best relaxing environment fit for work and play. Guest access There is free parking on the premises and the entire home is available for access. The house is walkable from the train station and close to all village beaches and shops. Other things to note Please note that a maximum of 8 people (guests and visitors) are allowed on premise at one time. These are strict guidelines in-place to ensure safety and compliance with town rules. We check Ring cameras to validate check-in, thank you.
