Guest access - Guests have access to the entire villa and premises except the kitchen. We have a cook to handle all meal requirements and hence guests do not have kitchen access. - Parents of infants can access the kitchen for baby meals with prior approval Other things to note - Inching toward the Go-Green concept, there is a heat pump with an attached pressure pump which ensures a constant flow of hot water all year round. - Staff available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM - If staff is required after 11:00 PM, an extra service charge of ₹2,000 will be applicable - Upon payment, 2 staff members will be available till 4:00 AM Hookah, drugs, and sheesha are strictly prohibited on the premises.Violation may lead to a fine - Your fur babies are welcome here anytime as this villa is pet-friendly. -There are 4 pet dogs on the property. There are 8 bedrooms on the premises. A minimum of 5 rooms need to be booked. - There is CCTV in the living area and near the lawns. - There is a karaoke system in the living area which guests can use at an additional charge of Rs 500 per session(3 hours). - Extra bed can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs 1800 - Please note that bedrooms don't have TVs. TV is available only in the living room. - There are a lot of shared amenities and spaces including the living room, dining area, pool, games (like badminton, carrom, indoor games like UNO, Scrabble, Sequence, Ludo etc) microwave, refrigerator, water purifier and high-speed wifi. - If the villa is booked for a wedding, only vegetarian food will be served at the wedding. - Guests can avail of horse-riding facilities. Horses are not available on the property at all times, they are brought in as and when the guests request horse riding. - Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes
