It is located 1/2 mile from Sunset Park, 1/2 mile from Veterans Memorial Park, 1 mile from the Boise foothills and 10 minutes from the heart of downtown Boise. You could not get closer to outdoor adventure if you tried! Includes a spacious master suite (w/en-suite master bath), roomy dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and even a space for the children. This home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The space Newly remodeled unique living space, perfect for families and friends. Enjoy a fully functional kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, basic cooking supplies, and a kitchen table with seating for 6 people. Feel free to watch all of your favorite tv shows, movies or sports on the comfortable couch and luxury chairs, or play an assortment of games provided. The master bedroom has a gorgeous standup shower and double sink. The second bedroom downstairs comes equipped with a work space for any business needs. The final bedroom is a loft upstairs. There you can find two queen beds, a lounge area and toys for children. The house provides coffee, a refrigerator and freezer, baking and cooking items, board games and cards, towels, clean sheets and comforters, washer and dryer to keep up with cleaning needs, and much much more! There is no sprinkler system in the yard, so it is not seeded grass. It does get mowed weekly in the summer but unfortunately is not a place to hangout. Guest access The whole house is yours! Other things to note Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay. Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay. Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250. A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that. There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
