Description
The log cabin is close to everything! Walking distance to Saturday Farmer’s Market, Old Salem and School of the Arts (Look at backyard/patio photos to see how close it is to UNCSA). 10 min. drive to Wake Forest Univ. stadiums & coliseum. Easy drive to a variety of wineries, High Point Furniture Market, Childress Vineyards, NASCAR, Pilot Mtn. (Andy Griffith), Tanger Center, etc. 5 min. drive to WSSU, Art District, breweries, etc. Travel Nurses - 10 min. to Baptist/Brenner/Forsyth hospitals. The space Cozy sleeping loft with tall ladder that leads to a queen size bedroom with a window air conditioning unit. There is a desk in the loft for a designated work area or to simply put on makeup. Downstairs also has a window air conditioning unit and electric baseboard heaters. It has an open floor plan with the living room and kitchen next to each other. The sofa pulls out into a full size bed. Therefore, the cabin can sleep four comfortably. There is one full bath off of the living room. Guests can rest and reconnect on our large back deck and take in the view of the downtown skyline. We regret that we are not handicap accessible. Guest access Guests will have the upstairs loft apartment in log house. The main entrance is the front porch which is street level with a few steps up to the front door. Guests have free street parking only steps away from front door. There is lockbox beside front door that holds the keys. There is a sliding glass door off of the living room that leads to a private 10x16 deck. There is another side entrance with a covered porch, but we would prefer only the front door where lockbox is located be used for coming and going. Other things to note Guests will find a list of where to find things on the coffee table in red folder. There is a loft with a ladder, not stairs. You will have to climb up and down the ladder to the loft where the queen size bed is located. If you don’t like the ladder you can sleep on the pull out sofa. There is also a chair that pulls out that makes a single sleeper bed. We regret that we are not handicap accessible.
