The Ventana Villa & Spa Charlevoix is a unique place in the area. We have put a lot of energy and love into this project in order to design the perfect place for your getaways in Charlevoix, but in the end we are aware that what you will remember mainly is the breathtaking view! The space 🛠️ IMPORTANT NOTE – Winter 2026 A construction project is underway on the nearby land. The foundation should be completed before the holiday break. For winter 2026, work is expected to take place mainly indoors, which usually reduces noise levels. However, ON WEEKDAYS BETWEEN 7 A.M. AND 5 P.M., it is still possible to hear or observe the comings and goings of machinery and workers on the neighboring site, as well as on the street or on the grounds in front of the chalet. Our prices have been adjusted accordingly to reflect this situation and for the sake of transparency. A construction project is underway on the nearby land. You may hear noise during the week due to the work. Machinery and construction equipment could also be visible in front of the cottage. So we're offering a special rate for the fall of 2025 to accommodate this situation. Upstairs you will find the open and spacious living areas, the splendid master bedroom, the master bathroom as well as a workspace. On the ground floor you will find 2 tastefully decorated soundproofed bedrooms (queen bed, queen bed), a play area and living room giving direct access to the Spa and Sauna.
