Our elevated home is cozy, spacious, and welcoming—perfectly positioned on the edge of Port Campbell with stunning sea and valley views. Follow the winding driveway to the open parking area and enter via private keypad. Featuring 4 king bedrooms (2 with ensuite baths), a twin room with 2 singles + 2 trundles, a separate family bathroom, 2 living areas with 75” smart TVs, multiple outdoor spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry—ideal for families or groups. The space Banksia | A Peaceful Coastal Retreat Banksia is a magical 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom, two-storey property nestled just outside of Port Campbell. Set among nature with sweeping ocean and valley views, it’s a space designed for relaxation, entertaining, and reconnecting with family and friends after a day of exploring the Great Ocean Road. DOWNSTAIRS: • Bedrooms 1 & 2: Each with a king bed and wardrobe. • Bedroom 3: Ideal for kids, with 2 single beds, 2 trundle beds, toys, and child-friendly seating. • Bathroom: Includes a separate bath and shower. • Separate toilet • Laundry: Equipped with a washing machine and dryer. • Second lounge: Large smart TV and a cozy space to unwind. • Main open living area: Floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural light and calming views, blurring the line between indoor comfort and the outdoors. • Kitchen & dining: Fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, walk-in pantry, and dining table. • First lounge room: Features a wood fire (wood supplied in winter), smart TV, and reverse-cycle heating/cooling. UPSTAIRS: • Bedroom 4: King bed with ensuite including bath, shower, and toilet. OUTDOORS: Covered BBQ area, in-ground trampoline, basketball ring, and a sheltered outdoor dining area—perfect for entertaining in all weather. ⸻ Guest access Guest will have access to the whole house and backyard area. Please make sure guest numbers are correct as the house is set up per booking. No access is permitted in the shed at the house, or in the paddocks behind the property. Other things to note - We do NOT allow pets at our property. - The house is running on rain water and uses a septic tank. - Firewood is supplied during winter please don’t burn other vegetation or rubbish. - To provide extra space, the 4 trundle single beds and the cot are stored on site and can be set up in the larger upstairs rooms and single bed room if requested. - No entry to the garage, this is for private use only. - Your keypad entry code will be supplied to you on the day of your arrival. - The house is set up for the number of guests so make sure your booking is correct. ** The pricing includes the booking platform service fee.
