This is for a short-term rental, from mid-October to beginning of January, while I'm traveling for work. The house is fully furnished and one bedroom is set up as an office. Probably best for 1 person or a couple. Perfect for someone who works remotely; office has standing desk. Part of the property is shared. My brother lives downstairs in basement apartment with our dog (10lb chiweenie). His entrance is through the garage. The shared spaces are: laundry (downstairs in the basement), backyard and patio, garage (used for storage only, no cars). There is street parking and one shared driveway space.
