This house is one of the few places advertised with actual access to a private shared pool. The location of this house is a privilege; you will be able to walk by the lagoon in just 3 minutes. You will find an interior garden we adore. There are some board games and books for your entertainment. Guest access 3 bedrooms, living room with TV, dining room and full kitchen, access to the backyard garden. Under lock, there is a small service room and two drawers below the staircase. There is a private shared pool in the common area of the neighborhood, which you can use. There is a magnificent Lagoon which you can enjoy at just 200 yards. Entry is restricted to 5 people at a time. Other things to note The location of the house is excellent inside the neighborhood. You can walk by in a few minutes to the Lagoon, to a convenience store, or step out of the complex to reach a convenience to buy supplies or have dinner. Occasionally, the neighborhood committee performs maintenance on the pool. This is beyond our control, but we will let you know whenever it happens. Thank you very much for your understanding.
