Welcome Ô92! This single-storey house is ideally located 150 m from the Vire, the ramparts, the green beach of Saint-Lô, 350 m from the train station (train+bus) and 450 m from shops, leisure (restaurants, bars, cinema, electric bike rental...). It can accommodate up to 6 people. Beds are made upon arrival. One bath towel per person is provided. A private parking space is reserved Ô92. Housekeeping is offered. All you have to do is enjoy! The space The single-story house is composed as follows: - Private and enclosed outdoor area with 1 table and 2 deckchair chairs. - Fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, range hood, dishwasher, Bosch Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and cooking utensils...) - Living room with sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), TV via internet box, roller shutter. - 1st bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) (window opening onto the garden with roller shutter) - 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) with the possibility of assembling them into a double bed 180 x 200 cm (fixed canopy with blackout blind overlooking the 1st bedroom) - Bathroom with shower and sink - Separate toilet Note: the 2nd bedroom will be closed and not accessible if not used for the booking.
