Close to nature in a beautiful house with garden / 10 beds

The old house is located in a small village on the edge of the Bergisches Land, a stone's throw from the Westerwald. The house has been renovated in recent years, only the facade is still missing. There are six rooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room in the attic and a large property (about 2,000 m²). The cottage is quietly located on the outskirts of a 300-person village, there is no thoroughfare, the main sounds are the occasional bleating of the neighbor's sheep. The space The rooms are all laid out with floorboards or gray tiles and equipped with wooden furniture. In the attic there is a large living room with sofas and views. Individual parts in the house are being reworked, it is all very cozy. Guest access All rooms are located in one building and can be used by guests. Other things to note The sauna is not yet available, as it first needs to be connected. The date will then be announced here, and there will be a usage fee for its use, which we still have to consider. The facade is also currently being redone, so there is sometimes a small scaffold in front of part of the building.
