Close to nature in an old house with garden

The old house is situated in a small village on the edge of the Bergisches Land, a stone's throw away from the Westerwald. The house has been renovated in recent years, only the facade is still missing. There are six rooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room in the attic and a large property (about 1,600 m²). The cottage is quietly located on the outskirts of a 300-person village, there is no thoroughfare, the main sounds are the occasional bleating of the neighbor's sheep.
