The space This warm and cosy Edwardian semi-detached house in Exmouth is a quiet and peaceful coastal retreat, a mile from the beach, ideal for a seaside break or for exploring the nearby city of Exeter by car or train/bus. The light and airy double room is clean and newly decorated and the double bed is very comfortable with lovely crisp white bed linen. The bedroom is well furnished with plenty of storage and a dressing table/a desk, TV (compatible with fire stick) , kettle, tea and coffee provided. The bathroom has an electric power shower over the bath. The heart of the home is the large kitchen diner, having an Aga, keeping the house warm and cosy. Guests are welcome for a continental breakfast (included) in the kitchen. Guest access Private double bedroom with TV, tea/coffee making facilities and shared bathroom (shared with host). You are welcome to have breakfast in the kitchen. A Continental breakfast is provided. During your stay I am usually on hand if you have any questions or need any help.
