Two Mile Bay loft close to the lake!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space only a short walk to the Lake and Taupo's world famous Sailing Club! The space This is a studio situated above our double garage standalone from our main property with private bathroom and queen size bed. Whilst there are no dedicated cooking facilities, the suite does include brand new appliances; microwave, airfyer, toaster, hotwater jug, fridge/freezer and sink to afford the basics of food preparation and storage. You'll find most other items you need included, cutlery, plates and glasses. We high speed Wi-Fi coverage The room has a dedicated heating / dehumidifier /aircon unit. We have a brand new 42 inch TV setup with inbuilt Chromecast and all your favourite streaming services (Netflix etc) all ready to go We've also included basics such as soap, shampoo & conditioner as well as tea, coffee, milk and breakfast cereal. All bedding, linen and towels are provided You will have full and private access to our double garage/games room below during your stay, setup with table tennis, 42 inch TV, darts board, couches, beer fridge, foosball and even a full drum kit if you've ever dreamed of rocking it out! This is also a great area to store you bikes, luggage and other items securely. Guest access There is a private entrance and carpark at the back of the property. Otherwise there is plenty of space to park cars and boats on the front lawn. You're also welcome to use our garage/game room if required to store bikes and anything else you need to lock up. The double garage/games room is also comfortably setup with couches, additional tv, table tennis and you can use these facilities as you'd like Other things to note My family and I live in the main house. The studio loft is situated above our garage/games room. We don’t park our cars in it, it’s more of a games/storage room which you'll have complete and private access to use as you like. On occasions you might see the kids running amok in various parts of the driveway but generally they are pretty quiet
