The home is approximately a 30-minute drive from Asahikawa Airport. The space THE SPACE This iconic A-Frame has a compact layout of approximately 4m x 7m (13ft x 22ft), a high ceiling window that showcases the plains of central Hokkaido, and a modern kitchenette. Anyone seeking a relaxing time in a rural, isolated setting will not be disappointed. The floor to ceiling window offers a wonderful view of the sunset, and a well thought-out curtain system will block sun light for those who want to sleep in. There are no views of neighboring homes. KITCHENETTE The modern newly fitted kitchenette features a small fridge/freezer, an induction cooktops, a microwave and a toaster. The kitchenette is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need for cooking quick and simple meals. Other things to note WOOD STOVE (from December to March) THE USE OF WOOD STOVE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. We will not be responsible for any injury resulting from its use. You will be charged for any burns or damages caused by improper use of the wood stove. If you are not comfortable using a wood stove, please refrain from using. If you need more firewood than originally provided, please inquire at check-in or during your stay. Each additional bundle of firewood is ¥1,000. Firewood can be purchased at various home centers in the area. PESTS As the cabin is located in a rural area, you may encounter bugs during summer. Bug spray is provided.
