Located within a five minute walk from Los Olivos Grocery, it will be easy to stock the kitchen with essentials, or dine out at the many wonderful restaurants in the area and bring back and star gaze. The space You are the only guests at this free standing home with 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out at the beautiful mountains along with the Brander Vineyard. The bathroom is adjoining with a bath tub, 2 sink vanity, toilet, an bidet toilet. Every bedroom has a beautiful view from the upstairs windows. There is a free-standing shower upstairs, as well as one downstairs, along with a 2--sink vanity, in the upstairs bathroom, and a 1-sink vanity downstairs. Downstairs on the ground level, is the kitchen and living room area with amazing views looking out to the Santa Ynez Valley and Brander Vineyard. The patio overlooks this magnificent view and at night there are string lights for an additional ambience. The kitchen has windows over the stove and counter area so you have a view of the Santa Ynez Valley while preparing your meals. The counter top in the kitchen is very convenient for space and a nice area for sitting and relaxing while you enjoy the views. In the living room area, is where you will find the comfortable couch and TV with all the channels from the DISH satellite installation. Guest access The guests has access to all the areas of the home that have unlocked doors. The owner keeps his personal belongings in 3 rooms in the home, but does not stay or come into the home while guests are visiting. Other things to note There is a TV in the living room with numerous local and movie channels, WIFI access, and one large bluetooth speaker for music, also in the living room. Please keep in mind, this property is on a vineyard with acres of open space and in a country setting. We have an exterminator that treats the outside of the property on a regular basis. If you happen to experience a few bugs, please inform us. This is the country, and so very peaceful!
