The space The cozy and inviting 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home features a pull-out couch in the living room and a futon in the den, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the peacefulness of the large backyard and patios, complete with an outdoor fireplace and grill, perfect for cooking up your favorite meal while surrounded by nature. Stay active and energized with the private home gym, equipped with everything you need for a great workout. And if you're driving an electric car, there's even a Tesla charging station for your convenience. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, yard, and patios. Please note, the yard is not fully fenced. Other things to note Early check-in and late check-out are often available for an extra fee but are not guaranteed. Please contact us prior to your arrival/departure to request. The house can accommodate 10 comfortably. There is a $25 per guest, per night over 6 guests. Pets are welcome upon approval and with an extra fee. Please contact us prior to booking to confirm. The pet fee is $25/per night/per pet.
