Doongri House - Located in the Old City of Jaipur

Doongri House is nested in the UNESCO’s World Heritage Site in Jaipur. Located just off the main road of Indira bazar , framed pink walled city bazar of Jaipur. The property has a view of Nahargarh Fort, Gadh Ganesh Temple, Ishwari Lat on one side and Moti Doongri and the Parkota/Citywall on the other side Many heritage sites from our home stay are within a radius of 2km, whereby making it convenient for an everyday stroll, even the e-rickshaws, autos and cabs are easily accessible. The space The minimalist yet luxurious home stay is tucked beautifully on the 3rd floor of the complex (lift & stairs both accessible) which’s overhead all the city buzz and surrounded by jewellery shops, textile houses, and a marketplace bursting with colours. Doongri house comprises of five spacious bedrooms, each room is curated beautifully to give you an amalgamation of Morden yet Rajasthani touch, to create an atmosphere of relaxed grandeur. All the rooms are newly formed and designed capaciously for a pleasant stay. Each bedroom is airy & well-lit and well equipped with all the necessary amenities such as—double king size bed (size of bed) with comfortable 8”inch mattress, air conditioner, hot and cold running water, electric kettle for tea and coffee. Each room comes with an en-suite changing room which then channels into the bathroom. The intimate premises then opens upto into an shaded corridor that is joined to the courtyard which overlooks the magnificent Parkota (walled city of Jaipur) that is ajoined to the Ajmeri Gate on the left and the Singh Pol on the right, all clearly visible from the outdoor seating space. On the left side of the opening area lie our two kitchens for the guests personal use which make their long stays even more homely. The stairs then lead to the terrace right upstairs, which has an admirable view of the grand Nahargarh that has a divergent beauty after it glows up in the eveving, the beautiful temple of Gadh Ganesh, Ishwari Lat (Sargasuli) and the glorious Moti Doongri are also visible on the other side. Guest access They can access to all areas of the property there are no restrictions. During your stay The host family will be available to assist them at all times. One of the members will always be on property others will be in touch through regular visits and always available on call. Other things to note Early check-in & late check-out will be charged extra. (Both depend upon availability) Breakfast is NOT included in the cost. It is on order basis & it is to be paid separately.
