Spacious, Quiet Retreat in Federal Way

Welcome to our home away from home! This is a daylight basement unit of a two story house with a private entrance and parking. We have all the amenities you may need, with a full kitchen, large living, two bedrooms, laundry area and a sauna. Our home is within a mile of a popular beach called Redondo as well as minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, parks, the mall and many other amenities that Federal way has to offer! The space Welcome to your private oasis! There are two bedrooms both with plush queen size beds. 3/4 bathroom, large living room, full kitchen, laundry room and sauna. The couch in the bedroom does have a queen size pull out as well. We’ve also included a foldable twin bed and a pack and play for those traveling with little ones. We do have a high chair available too upon request. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker, blender and everything else you may need to cook a nice meal during your stay. Both bedrooms and living room have flat screen smart TVS with cable which includes the sports package as well as NETFLIX, HBO MAX and Disney+. WIFI provided during your stay. We are in a private residential neighborhood, right on a Cul-de-sac. Once you arrive, you’ll notice a gravel path from the street parking area. At the end of the path, it’ll lead you over to a gated entrance. Once you enter, you’ll walk into your private patio and then to your private entry. The front door has a keypad entry making check-in easy with no stress. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with the keypad code and other good-to-knows for your stay. CLEANING: We take great pride in maintaining an exceptionally clean and safe space for our guests.All high touch surfaces (door knobs, light switches,etc.) have been disinfected prior to your arrival. All spaces have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. All towels and sheets are properly cleaned after every guest. We take pride in a safe and clean space and will continue to maintain our high standards for our guests. This is a residential area. Please respect that this is a quiet family neighborhood. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm-7:00am. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the house. Other things to note GETTING AROUND: Minutes from 1-5, HWY 18 and 167. Seattle/Bellevue or Tacoma are all about 30 minutes away. We are right in the middle of all the popular cities. Airport is approximately 20 minutes away. Wild Waves amusement park is 8 minutes away. Emerald Queen Casino is about 15 mins away. For those that ski, Crystal Mountain Ski Resort is approximately 1 hour east along with the Mt. Rainier National Park which has driveable site seeing and world class hiking in the PNW.
