Beautiful cottage with 3 rooms and peaceful garden

Close to the Lammefjors Dam is my beautiful cottage. It is 48 m2 and well furnished with 3 bedrooms and two terraces, one of which is covered. There is a large garden with apple trees and blackberry bushes. From the backyard there is a view of a small, dammed lake with rich bird life. The house is located at the end of a small gravel road with year-round houses far from cities. Here you can both have fun together or in peace and quiet to immerse yourself with a book. Pets are welcome, of course. It is not suitable for noisy parties. The space In the kitchen is a fridge with freezer, and in one bedroom is a well-functioning, top-operated washing machine. There are 3 rooms with a total of 5 beds. The furniture is older throughout the house, but there are new top mattresses/roll mattresses on all the beds and the beds have been changed within the last year Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. The wood-burning stove was replaced in December 2023. In the drawer under the wood-burning stove there is a manual, please read before you fire up Outside, there's an enclosed garden with lawn and fruit trees as well as a barbecue and garden furniture. The garden is enclosed with a mixture of bushes and fences, and is suitable for small dogs that are not escape artists. The fence must be closed at the driveway. Guest access You have access to the entire house. However, I have some groceries in one kitchen cabinet and some storage under one bed for when I use the cottage myself Other things to note The house is 3-4 km from the nearest shopping and is not in a typical summer cottage area. There is a bus a few times a day 200 m away I would recommend that you have a car
