Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place. You'll have your own private entrance through the backyard with parking on the side of the house. This room includes a king size bed, TV, WiFi, your own private bath, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. We will provide you with coffee, cream and sugar. There is no access to the main part of the house which means this space does not have kitchen access. We are pet friendly and have a fenced back yard. The space This is the master bedroom and bath of our home. We live here full time so you will hear us moving around in the main part of the house.. We have a noise, cancellation curtain on our side of the door into the house, but it doesn't block out all the noise . The door to the house will be locked at all times and we will never come into your space. The bathroom offers two sinks, toilet, and a small tub with stand up shower. The back and side yard are well lit. Pets are more than welcome. We also ask they if you leave your dog that they not bark frequently while you're gone. Our thermostat is set to 72 degrees but this room tends to be colder in the winter and warmer in the summer than the rest of the house. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom for your comfort. Plus a stand alone fan. We have also provided extra blankets. We have pets in our home so you will hear them moving around. We also have cats in case you have an allergy. Guest access Guests will park on the side of the house next to the garage. You will enter through the backyard gate. You will see the door to the room once you go through the gate. The door has a coded lock. The guest parking space is the side of the house by the garage, the backyard and the master bedroom. If you have two vehicles there's plenty of room for them both on the side of the house. If you see us around please feel free to say hello! Other things to note We are 45 minutes from St. Augustine. We live within walking distance to a beautiful park which offers waterfront views, swings, playground, community pool, and a dock to walk down.
