Condo in Kissing
Description
Our farm, the Asamhof, is idyllically located on the southern outskirts of Kissing, very close to the charming Burgstall Chapel, a mill race, extensive fields and walking paths. The apartment is simple, but offers everything you need. The municipality of Kissing is conveniently located between the cities of Augsburg and Munich, which can also be reached by public transport. Supermarkets and discounters are open here Monday through Saturday between 7 am and 8 pm. The space The apartment has a total of about 75 m², a kitchen that is connected via a counter and a ready passage to the living-dining room and a small bathroom. It has a double bed (1.40 × 2 m) in the larger room (living room) and a bed (1.20 m × 2 m), from which a bed drawer with a mattress (0.90 × 2 m) can be pulled out, in the smaller room. Thus, 4 sleeping options are available for adults. The bed drawer with mattress can be used in the living room. A crib/highchair is also available for toddlers and babies. Guest access Guests can park at the courtyard right in front of the apartment and have a private entrance via a small staircase with four steps into the apartment. If a washing machine is needed, this is possible after consultation with us. It is not in the apartment, but in another building at the farm. Other things to note You can reach us by train and bus via the DB train stations in Kissing and Mering. From there, bus 102 runs to the Kissing Ost stop, which is a 5-minute walk from our farm. From Kissing train station, it is a 45-minute walk to the Airbnb apartment. In the late evening, few buses run and even on weekends, the frequency is not as dense as on weekdays. Please check the bus connection ONLY on the website of AVV-Augsburg and the app Mein-AVV. The bus connections in map apps or the train app/DB website are often not correct/up-to-date!!
