The built-in furniture in the apartment is the original from 1971 and contributes to the sustainability and charm of the house 😉. Bed and sofa bed are newer. See photos. Private front door. Shared use of the very large garden by arrangement. We do not use chemicals to maintain the property and, depending on the season, sometimes accept moss or wild herbs. Other things to note ONLY for PRIVATE travel reservations, NOT for company bookings. According to AirBnB policy, all private travel reservations must be made by the guests themselves. Reservations on behalf of others are excluded. This means in concrete terms: Guests who arrive without the booking person are denied access to the apartment and there will be no reimbursement of costs. The maximum number of guests is 3. In the bedroom there is a box spring bed 100 cm x 200 cm. In the living room there is - only when booking 2 or more guests - a sofa bed with topper 180 cm x 200 cm. When booking 1 guest, the sofa will not be transformed into a sofa bed. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and throughout the property. Children 🧒: The apartment is not equipped for children or babies (no high chair, no baby cot, no outlet covers …). The large garden also poses possible dangers for curious offspring, e.g. stacked firewood without special fuse, tools in the shed, climbing trees, protrusions, etc. The little ones therefore absolutely need their careful supervision. But then everyone can have a lot of fun😀. Arrival: 🚆 The Henstedt-Ulzburg train station (950 m away) is located in the ring C of the HVV (Hamburger Verkehrsverbund). 🚘 Hamburg Airport can be reached in half an hour by car. Parking space on the premises. For low-lying vehicles (ground clearance below 110 mm) there are parking spaces right next to the property. Leisure: The Naturbad Beckersberg (open May to August), the Bürgerpark, skate park, mini golf course and playgrounds are less than a 7-minute walk away.
